The department of human resources is headed and managed by Carla Fricker, whose interpersonal skills and ability to empathise and relate to circumstances of many individuals, both human and otherwise, as well as to deal appropriately with difficult circumstances and individuals, has been invaluable in the growth and management of K.M.I.
